SPANISH LIMA BEANS 
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. strained tomatoes
Dash of salt, pepper & cayenne
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (No. 2) can lima beans
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Fry onions and pepper in butter. Add tomatoes, cook slowly 10 minutes. Add seasonings and drained beans. Simmer slowly 20 minutes. Put beans and cheese in alternate layers in casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. (2 cups cooked dried limas may be used if preferred.)
