SPANISH BEAN SOUP | |
1 pkg. garbanza beans, washed, or 2 cans 1 ham hock Boil ham and beans in water to cover. (Add 2 onions chopped and 1 garlic bud chopped.) Cook until beans are tender. Add salt to taste. Add sausage (smoked link sliced) before beans are tender. Add diced potatoes, 3-4 medium. Cook until done then add water until the original amount. Add saffron if desired. |
