CHOCOLATE RUM BALLS 
3 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (12 oz. box)
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Blend ingredients well. Then stir in, 1/3 c. light or dark rum, 1/3 cup light or dark corn syrup. Mix again until well blended. Chop into small balls, about 1 inch. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in tightly covered container. You may substitute bourbon for rum.
