CHOCOLATE - RUM BALLS 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafers, finely crushed (30 wafers)
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. rum
1/2 tsp. orange peel, shredded
1/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted

In bowl, stir together chocolate wafers, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and finely chopped nuts. Stir in light corn syrup, rum, and shredded orange peel. Using one level tablespoon for each cookie. Shape mixture into 3/4 inch ball. Roll in 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Store in covered container. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
