FETTUCINI ALFREDO | |
8 oz. egg noodles 1/4 c. butter 1 c. whipping cream 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper Cook noodles according to package directions. While cooking heat butter over water bath until melted. Stir in cream, Parmesan cheese and salt. Heat, stirring occasionally until smooth (sauce will be thin). Drain noodles, toss with cream mixture until evenly coated (mixture thickens in a few minutes). Serve with Parmesan cheese and pepper. |
