EVIE'S HONEY POPCORN 
3 qt. popped corn
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a heavy saucepan combine the sugar, honey, and salt. Heat and stir over a medium fire to dissolve the sugar. Boil to the hard ball stage or 260 degrees. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, then in a large bowl stir in the popcorn. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
