EASY YEAST ROLLS 
2 1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
7 skinny c. flour
4 tbsp. oil

Add yeast, sugar, salt to warm water. Gradually add flour, then oil. Let rise in bowl, covered, about 45 minutes or until double in size. Knead and pinch off golf ball size and put in a 1 1/2" to 2" deep greased baking dish. Brush with butter and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Serves 8.
