CHICKEN MARINADE 
1 lemons, quartered
3/4 c mustard
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 c apple cider vinegar
3/4 worcestershire sauce
4 skinless chicken breasts

Squeeze lemon into large saucepan. Put lemon peels into pan also. Add mustard, salt, sugar, vinegar and worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 - 30 minutes. Let cool, pour over chicken breast and marinate in refrigerator over night.
