CRUSTY TUNA APPETIZERS 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
1 1/2 c. soft bread, lg. crumbs or cubes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. corn flake crumbs

Drain tuna oil or water into bowl. Add bread cubes, mix well. Mix in onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise. Flake tuna, add. Blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in evaporated milk, roll in crumbs. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in moderate 375 degree oven for 10 minutes or until brown. Makes 5 dozen.
