1 lg. can peaches or 1 lg. bag frozen peaches
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan or glass dish. Heat peaches with sugar (to taste). Pour over butter. Mix sugar, flour and milk. Pour over peaches and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
