DUTCH STYLE DRESSING 
6 to 8 slices day old bread, toasted
1 med. onion, diced
3 stalks celery
2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. spices (sage, salt, garlic, pepper)
Water and butter mixture

After toasting bread, break up in small pieces and place in large bowl. Add enough hot water and melted butter to soften bread. Add onion and celery. Toss lightly. Lastly add raisins, then spices. Stuff into either turkey or chicken.

Variation: You can use package stuffing and season as desired.
