1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Combine all ingredients and beat with beater. Put in jar.
