TABBULI SALAD 
1 c. bulgar wheat
1 tsp. salt
3 c. hot water
2 bunches green onions
3 tomatoes
2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix together wheat, salt and water and let stand for at least 30 minutes. DO NOT COOK. Drain. Chop the vegetables and add to the wheat mixture.

For dressing, mix together olive oil and lemon juice. Can garnish with chopped parsley and mint.
