CRUNCHY BEEF BAKED CASSEROLE | |
2 c. uncooked corkscrew macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 c. green pepper (opt.) 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Brown ground beef; drain fat. Combine all ingredients except French fried onions. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; top with French fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer. |
