GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE | |
20 graham crackers, crushed 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1/2 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt; set aside in a large bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Divide batter into two well greased 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans and fill and frost as desired. |
