GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (not too fine)
1 pkg. (13 1/2 oz.) graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk

Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add baking powder, salt and vanilla. Add well drained pineapple, nuts and coconut. Beat well. Add graham cracker crumbs alternately with milk. Bake in lightly greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
