ZOMZETTA 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 med. bell pepper
1 tbsp. L & P sauce
1 lb. cheddar cheese
3 stalks celery
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 family size catsup
1 lg. pkg. noodles
1 lg. onion
Salt, pepper to taste

Saute onions, bell peppers and celery. Add ground meat, salt and pepper, A-1 and L&P. Add catsup, simmer about 15 minutes. While this is cooking, cook 1 large package of noodles and grate 1 pound sharp/medium cheddar cheese. Drain noodles and put a layer on bottom of 2 large casserole dishes. Take ground meat mixture and pour over noodles and put a sprinkled layer of cheese. Repeat until all used. Put most cheese on top.

When ready to eat, put in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or done on top (melted cheese). This may be froze, then thawed and cooked when ready to serve.
