COLD RICE SALAD 
5 c. chicken broth
2 c. rice

Simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Add: 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives 1/2 tsp. curry powder 3/4 c. mayonnaise mixed with marinade from artichokes
