STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
4 c. crushed strawberries
1 tsp. epson salt
7 oz. sugar

Mix strawberries and epsons salts.

Bring to boil and let boil 5 minutes.

Take off heat and stir in sugar.

Boil high for another 5 minutes.

You may double this recipe, double the cooking time also.
