DOUBLE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. chocolate chips

In a bowl cream butter and sugar. Add egg, water and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt in a bowl, then mix with butter and sugar mixture. Add oats; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cool a few minutes on cookie sheets before removing.
