DRIFTWOOD DELIGHT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) can condensed milk
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and let stand until cool. Add pineapple. Blend cheese with mayonnaise until smooth and add to gelatin mixture. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixture begins to congeal. Pour into molds and place in refrigerator overnight.

To vary, top with 1 cup sour cream mixed with 2 tbsp. horseradish.
