TURKEY POPPY SEED CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. cooked turkey, ground
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) Ragu or Prego
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. neufchatel cheese, cubed
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Brown ground turkey, onion, green pepper until no longer pink. Drain. Add Ragu, salt and pepper. Cook noodles. Combine separate cheeses, yogurt and poppy seed. Toss with noodles. Layer 3/4 noodle mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan. Spoon meat over noodles, leave 1 inch border around outside of noodles. Layer remaining noodles over center of meat leaving an inch border of meat. Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more. Serves 8.
