TEXAS CHILI 
5 lbs. chili meat
Garlic, salt & red pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 med. size cans tomato juice
5 heaping tbsp. chili mix
1 tsp. cumin seed

Put meat in cooker. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until all water is cooked out of meat. Add tomato juice and chili mix. Boil until meat is tender and juice is thick.
