WHITE PIZZA | |
2 pizza shells 2 tbsp. dried basil 2 tsp. dried oregano 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1/8 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce 1/3 c. olive oil 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella 1/2 lb. shredded sharp Provolone cheese Mix ingredients, except Mozzarella, Provolone and pizza shells, together to make a sauce. In a separate container, mix the Mozzarella and Provolone together. Smear half the sauce over each pizza shell; cover each with half the cheese mixture. Bake on top oven rack at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Yield: two (16 inch) pizzas. |
