WHITE ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can taco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can water
8 oz. sour cream
1 can green chilies
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Simmer meat in taco sauce. In a saucepan warm soup, water, sour cream and chili peppers.

Steam tortillas or wrap in foil and place in slow over to 5 minutes. Fill tortillas with meat. Roll and place in casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over enchiladas.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes covered. Then uncover and spread cheese over top of dish and bake for 10 minutes uncovered. Serves 4 to 6.
