WILD RICE & CHICKEN | |
1/2 onion, minced 3 c. cooked chicken breast 1/4 tsp. pepper 16 oz. can French style green beans 1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni long grain & wild rice 1 c. cream of celery soup 3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise 4 oz. jar pimento 4 oz. can mushrooms, optional 4 oz. can slivered almonds, optional Cook Rice-a-Roni according to directions. Add the rest of the ingredients; mix well. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with parsley-Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
