SPIKED CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH | |
Great hostess gift! 1 lb. cranberries 3 large oranges, zested, and then peeled, seeded and chopped 2-3 cups sugar (to taste) 1/3 cup orange liqueur In food processor, combine cranberries, orange pieces and zests and process until well chopped. Stir in sugar and adjust to taste. Add liqueur and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Relish can be made up to one week ahead. Keep refrigerated.
