RHUBARB PIE | |
1 c. sugar 3 egg yolks, beaten 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. sweet cream 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. rhubarb, diced Mix first 5 ingredients and add rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with meringue and brown. |
