CHINESE COLD SLAW 
1 head Napa cabbage, finely sliced
8 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Ramen noodle soup, broken into 2" pieces (pork flavor)
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Toast the noodles, nuts and seeds at 350 degrees until light brown (10 minutes).

Mix a dressing of: 1/4 c. rice vinegar Seasoning package from the noodle soup 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. Accent

Mix this well. Toss on the salad just before serving. Be sure to wash cabbage and drain well, even after slicing it.
