LEMON SNOW CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix by hand and pat mixture into oblong Pyrex dish or pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. 10x sugar
3 tbsp. Cool Whip

Beat together until creamy. Spread this mixture on cooled crust.

2 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix (small)
3 c. milk

Beat together until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Add remaining Cool Whip and serve.
