LEMON SNOW FLAKES 
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. crushed pecans
1 1/2 c. sifted flour

Combine butter and sugar. Add cornstarch, pecans, flour. Form a refrigerator roll and wrap in waxed paper. Chill well. Slice thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (watch!).

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 lemon, juiced

Mix butter, sugar and lemon juice. Ice cookies while still slightly warm. These are very fragile.
