CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. cranberries
1 orange
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. (sm.) cherry Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 apple, diced

Grind raw cherries and orange. Add sugar and allow to stand 2 hours. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup water and allow to stand 2 hours. Add pineapple and nuts to the cranberries and Jello mixture. Pour into dish and let set in refrigerator overnight for best flavor.
