VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 packs refrigerated crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) packs cream cheese 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 pack of party dip mix Shredded cheese Pepperoni, sliced thin (optional) Fresh vegetables that you like (Vegetables such as - cauliflower, broccoli, celery, peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.). Place crescent roll dough over large cookie sheet. Do not separate. Cover entire pan. Bake as directed until lightly browned. Cool. Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together, add party dip mix and mix well. Spread over cool crust. Top with sliced vegetables and shredded cheese and pepperoni. Put in refrigerator until ready to use. Do not bake. Cut into small pieces. Keeps well in refrigerator for a couple of days. Try different cheeses and vegetables. You don't have to make the same way twice. Great for picnics. |
