VEGETABLE PIZZA 
2 pizza shells (refrigerator section)
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 pkg. chopped spinach
1 sm. zucchini, sliced very thin
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Lightly brush one side of each shell with olive oil. Drain broccoli and spinach well after defrosting; top shells with all 3 vegetables. Sprinkle liberally with garlic powder. Top with shredded Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 until cheese melts; broil 3-4 minutes. Serves 6.
