SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, or 3-4 lg. raw potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar

Put potatoes in a kettle with water and heat thoroughly. Put in mixer - potatoes, a little bit of water they were cooked in; mix together the above.

Grease casserole dish with butter; put mixture in the casserole and top with miniature marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
