RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix as pie crust; put 1/2 in 9 inch greased pan. Put 4 cups diced rhubarb. Boil 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons cornstarch,. Boil until thickens. Pour over rhubarb. Cover with other half of crunch mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
