RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
6 c. rhubarb, cut fine
2 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. white sugar

Mix this together and put in a shallow pan.

CRUMB MIXTURE FOR TOPPING:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix this together and sprinkle over top. Bake until brown and rhubarb mixture bubbles at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
