SIX - WEEK MUFFINS | |
15 oz. box raisin bran or any bran flakes 2 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 5 tsp. baking soda 5 c. flour 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. melted butter 1 qt. buttermilk or powdered to equal qt. Combine bran, sugar, salt, soda and (powdered buttermilk if used). Add eggs, butter and buttermilk (or water if powder is used). Mix well. Store in covered container, preferably glass, in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. |
