1 stick butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits 3 1/2 oz. shredded coconut flakes 1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed finely 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.) Melt butter in Pyrex lasagna dish in 350 degree oven. Remove dish and add crushed graham crackers. Pat evenly as a layer absorbing the butter. Sprinkle chocolate bits over crumbs as a second layer. Sprinkle coconut flakes over chocolate bits as a third layer. Pour condensed milk over all (dribble it - it will spread slightly). Sprinkle chopped nuts as a layer over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. When cool, cut into bars or squares. Enjoy! |
