HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen O'Brien potatoes (1 1/2 lb. each), thoroughly thawed
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix together and put into buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
