HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 cans yellow hominy (drained)
2 c. cream sauce (recipe below)
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Bacon slices on top (3-4)

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk

Cook slowly until thick and creamy. Add other ingredients and place in casserole dish. Top with bacon. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes (turn bacon once).
