PARTY PIZZA | |
1 lb. mild bulk sausage 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. American cheese, cubed 1 tsp. basil leaves 1 tsp. whole oregano leaves 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dried parsley 1 1/2 loaves party rye bread Crumble sausage and beef in skillet. Cook until brown. Drain. Return meat to skillet. Add cheese, cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in seasoning, remove from heat. Spread meat mixture on party rye slices. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 500 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot. Yield: about 4 dozen. Can be frozen on cookie sheet before baking and store in plastic bag until baking time. |
