CHEESE PUFFS 
12 (2 inch) bread rounds
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. onion dip mix
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 stiffly beaten egg white

Combine mayonnaise, dip mix, cheese. Fold in egg white. Toast bread on one side in broiler. Spoon mixture onto untoasted side of bread rounds. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
