OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes cut into 8 wedges
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
