POUND CAKE 
2 c. plain White Lilly flour
1 c. self-rising White Lilly flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flavoring - 1 vanilla, 1 lemon
1 c. buttermilk or sweet milk
4 extra lg. eggs or 5 med. eggs
3/4 c. Crisco or butter

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan.

Mix butter/Crisco, sugar and flavoring real good. Add eggs. Then add milk and flour a little at the time. Add flavoring. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
Flavoring - enough to make it easy to pour over
