10 new potatoes with peel
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 lb. of bacon

Spray Pam on bottom of baking dish.

Quarter new potatoes and boil until softened.

Mix potatoes, mayonnaise and onion together in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
