NANA'S APPLESAUCE CAKE 
Blend all ingredients by hand. Do not use mixer.

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. applesauce
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. English walnuts
1/2 c. black walnuts
1 1/2 c. raisins

Mix dry ingredients together. Blend in whipped eggs and applesauce. Fold in nuts and raisins. Bake in slow oven of 330 to 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a well greased tube pan.
