SAUCY CHOPS 
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
Salt & pepper
1 can applesauce
1 c. onion, sliced
1 c. tomato catsup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sage

Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet. Combine applesauce, onions, catsup, water, soy sauce, and sage. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
