HASHBROWN BAKE | |
2 lb. bag hashbrowns, thawed 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 lb. bacon, diced, fried crispy 2 c. crushed corn flakes Mix together all the above ingredients except 1/2 stick butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. After ingredients are mixed together put into a 9 x 13 pan. Then mix together 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick butter melted and put on top of the other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
