Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and add three strips of crunchy bacon. Turn it into the classic bacon and Tomato Sandwich. Vine ripen tomato tastes totally different from the hothouse type. Always plant some on your deck in pots for your own fresh tomatoes.
